• We offer Free Estimates!

• ​We work rain or shine. If our services are not wanted due to weather it is the customer's option to reschedule. We will only reschedule appointments due to extreme weather.

• We accept cancellations up until 2:00 P.M. the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations after 2:00 P.M. may be subject to a Cancellation Fee.

• Any job that cannot be performed due to no access will still be billed.

• We do not remove A/C units from windows.

• Windows in attics, skylights, screens, and detached buildings are not included in estimate/pricing unless requested.

• We ask that you allow a half hour flexibility for all appointment times.

• All returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 charge.

• Payment is due upon project completion (same day)
